FOR APPLICANTS:
-For all cats and dogs; you must submit a photo of your animal along with proof of current rabies vaccination with your application. If we do not receive this information, your application is considered incomplete and may be denied.
-If you have an emotional support animal, supply proper documentation, including a current letter from your care provider, photo of your animal, and proof of current rabies vaccination. You will also be asked to complete our Reasonable Accommodation Form which we will send to health care provider to verify your letter. You can find a pdf. link to this form below.
-If you have a service animal, provide a picture of your animal and any applicable documentation if necessary.
If AB12 does not apply to the property you are applying for, and the property you apply for considers pets, there is an additional $250 deposit for a cat and $500 deposit for a dog. Deposit not to exceed maximum allowed by Calif. Civil Code.
If AB12 applies to the property you are applying for, and the property you apply for considers pets, an additional monthly rent of $25 will be applied per approved animal.
FOR EXISTING TENANTS:
Please complete the contact us form below to make a request to add a pet to your current lease. We will need a photo of your animal, and a current proof of rabies vaccination before your request can be approved.
You must submit your request, have your animal approved and complete the Animal Addendum to your lease, before the animal move into the home. If you do not, you will be in violation of your lease agreement.
